He is doing very well and has been released from the hospital but his injuries are extensive:

"...Keane Webre-Hayes suffered severe injuries to his back, torso, left arm, shoulder, and left the side of his face, according to Dr. Tim Fairbanks."

Okay, Bob BDF, I can only confirm to be 1/2 right. Can't confirm he had a tank on his back.
Good news is, sounds like he is going to recover.
