First Class Today!!

I leave for my first OW class in about a half-hour!! I am really excited. I got a couple of books about SCUBA this weekend and spent most of saturday reading both of them. Last week when I checked, i was the only one signed up for the class...i am hoping more people sign up. I could not get any of my friends to take it with me either ...so i dont know what i am going to do when i want to go diving locally in the quarries...hopefully i can get into contact with ppl through my LDS...still i am excited and i thought i would share

It's fun to have company in your class, but if they don't cancel and you wind up with a private class for the price of a group one, that's pretty good too. Have fun!

Hey good for you. I just started my OW class today to. The class was going to have 4 people in it but when i got there today every one else no showed. So looks like Ive got a private

Oh man, my class got cancelled 'cause i was the only one there

The Y is going to try to advertise more and start another class at the first of next year. Its not too bad. I dont have a trip planned or anything so i can wait 2 months, but i was so excited. Oh well, i will just keep reading up on SCUBA and try again in January.
