For all you Alona Beach, Bohol divers the first bank on Panglao Island is scheduled to open during the first week of February. The bank of the Philippine Islands will have a small branch office with an exterior ATM machine. The building is located in a small strip mall on the road to Alona Beach at the turnoff from the main highway by "Rona's Corner" store. This will be the only ATM machine in Alona Beach to get Philippine Pesos with your debit card. Prior to this you had to go to Tagbilaran City for ATM machines.
