Subject: Blue Hole - Annual Dive Permits
Dear SCUBA Professional or Enthusiast:
Thank you for supporting the City of Santa Rosa's efforts to improve and revitalize the
Blue Hole Dive Facility by purchasing a 2009 Annual Dive Permit. Sorry about the delay in
getting the permits out, and I hope it was not an inconvenience.
It is through your continued support of the Blue Hole that improvements are made possible.

Santa Rosa, who owns and operates the Blue Hole, has also set aside local tax dollars for
building, equipping and furnishing the facility. The City of Santa Rosa has worked diligently for
the past few years to plan, design and construct a facility that measures up to the unique
diving resource that is the Blue Hole.
The current timeline and schedule for the new SCUBA facility at the Blue Hole is as
follows:
o June 10th
o July
o September
o October
o April
o April
2009 80% completion

Special Invitations will be sent to Friends of Blue Hole
and Santa Rosa Annual Permit Holders
