.....Or really any bottle for med use on the surface. Does any know a place in MA, preferabley on the South Shore? I even have a 'script. Most of the medical supply places only rent bottles and have been a serious PITA just to talk you on the phone. I asked the DAN people at Sea Rovers and they were cluess?

Most Dive shops that do Partial pressure blending should be able to fill Med O2 bottels the only part required is an adapter that you can pick up from DAN or I believe sherwood makes it at well.

Good Luck

There aren't very many shops that I know of that do PP, espically in the part of state I live in. I'd rather deal with a med place, than have a crazy drive with a long wait to pay a ton for oxygen.

The easiest way to do it is to lease a tank from a local welding supply company (ABCO, BOC, etc) and fill the bottles yourself (they -may- fill your bottle but probably not). You just need ABO (aviators breathing oxygen) or industrial grade O2 and you can get that without a prescription. You can even use it for PP blending. Just remember to analyze everything.

Either that or find a LDS that employs/serves some rebreather savy people. They should be able to help you out.

You can usually get them filled at airfields with aviation grade oxygen.

To be honest, I'm not really comfortable transfilling O2 (espically into small tanks). Thanks though.

Try DMI they have any kind of gas you can buy the tank or rent from them, they are located in Boston and they even deliver.

I'll get the info for you on Sunday i have to go to my office to find it.
