We are off to the Mamanucas later in March for 2 weeks! We are doing our four open water cert dives with the Tokoriki Dive shop and staying at Tokoriki for the remainder of that week, then off to Vomo for a week. Any suggestions on dive sites we must do after we are certified in and around those areas? Also anyone who has been to either, would love to hear about your experiences.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers!!

Hi Jimmy

My name is Alex and I am a Dive Instructor at Tokoriki Island Resort. We very much look forward to meeting you and teaching you to dive. During your training dives at Tokoriki you will probably do two of your dives on Tokoriki's fringing reef which is all marine reserve, and two dives a bit further afield (sites chosen depending on your ability and weather conditions). Once certified we have lots of options. I would recommend looking at Tokoriki's diving website to get an idea. Personal favourites include: Dunk's Canyon, Monuriki Garden and Saki's Reef. All these sites can boast beautiful coral reef, lots of small fish life and possible turtle and shark sightings. It would be helpful to know your dates for staying on the island. I suggest you contact us direct through Tokoriki's diving website. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Not sure the relative loication, but "Supermarket" is well known site in the Mamanuccas that we enjoyed.
