We just returned from Fiji and were very impressed with the dive operation known as Kai Tiki. Owned and operated by Mike Trussell and his wife Julie, each day their operation took care of our dive gear so that it was ready on the boat the next day. Mike took us to the best dive spots from our hotel (the Vanawanu) on northern tip of Viti Levu. We haven't tried other dive operators in Fiji but I doubt that Kai Tiki can be beat. Norm Wanek

IMHO, the eastern Bligh Waters offer some of the best diving in the world, especially along the edges of Vatu-i-ra, the passage between Fiji's two big islands, Viti Levu and Vanua Levu. Aside from the liveaboards, Kai Viti, Bamboo Reef and occasionally Ra Divers visit these sites.

Incidentally, it was most likely the Wananavu Beach Resort where you stayed.
