Blackwater diving is finally arriving on Rainbow Reef in Fiji - with over 100 metre depths in lots of areas its mad not to! You can dive the White wall and other soft coral covered reefs by night which is interesting as you can do this with no current as the corals feed and are engorged. However the most fun is the amount of benthic larval creatures, inking squid schools and siphonores. Sau Bay Resort is going to be offering blackwater diving from December this year as an optional add on to dive packages.
