If you really want five star on Roatan, forget about the diving and just hang out at that unbelievable pool and beach at Parrot Tree....then slip over into your condo and prepare lunch on that Italian marble kitchen countertop......personally you will find me at Fantasy Island, unless Liz hogties me and drags me over to CoCo View(not ruling that out).

I agree with you about Parrot Tree! We stopped there on our SI one day instead of going back to resort/dropoff dive:

we had sodas and pastries at the coffee shop there, it is gorgeous! I told Ron that if we win the lottery I am buying a condo at Parrot Tree!

Robin, That is funny, I told my boat captain the samething when we were doing our SI out there. I felt that was important information for him to know seeing as I wouldnt want to have to wait at the dock all day for Coco I to come pick me up.
