Has anyone tried to make his own optic fiber connection for UW strobe?
where can i buy fiber by the feet?
Is the cutting tool is important?

Thank you

I doubt for a strobe that the cutting tool is that important. If it's "real glass" you are using (not plastic), then all you should have to do is "score" the side of the glass and it should break straight across.

making a strobe I doubt will disperse the light enough unless you have a reflective backing to disperse the light.

for a piece big enough to use as a strobe, try the underwater pool supply companies that use fiber optic to hook to a light that they run the fiber underwater to the portal for the light.
