After my dives I always feel dizzy and very heavy headed. My head feels like it weighs about three times the norm. I have no problems equalizing and I usually feel comfortable while in the water. It usually takes a couple of days after diving to feel normal again. Even in pool training I would get out of the pool feeling dizzy and nausiated. Once back in the pool I would feel fine. Any thoughts?

I think you should see your doctor and get checked out. If the doctor has diving related medical questions he/she could talk to DAN (Divers Alert Network)

DAN Divers Alert Network - Scuba Diving and Dive Safety Association

It's in your ears somewhere. We are lucky to have several diving physicians who try to help on this forum and you should have a better answer as soon as one can. While you're waiting, there is a 45 min video in the Equalizing link below that could help.

Also, if you choose to go to a Dr. call DAN and they can recommend someone in your area who has Dive medicine experience. I had a different problem and they recommended someone for me who I am going to see in the morning actually.
