FDX10 rebuild parts

I've had two FDX 10 regulators at my LDS for over five weeks now and they still have not recieved rebuild parts for my first stages. The delta four second stages have been rebuilt for three weeks and I dove them in BVI last week paired with rental 1st stages. Not a big deal, but an additional expense for me.

This is a respected shop.

Are rebuild parts that far back ordered, or am I getting a run around?

For what it's worth, I overheard a customer complaining to the manager of a big repair center about his Oceanics having "parts on order" for a long time at a different repair shop and was asking if he was being given the run around. The manager told the customer his shop was also having a hard time getting Oceanic parts so the other shop was likely telling him the truth. Don't have any clue what is going on but it sure looks like there is a parts issue somewhere.
