A link to NOAA Weather for the location that I will be diving
Divetime. has descriptions of various dive sites
Genius Scan. I scanned in my dive cards since I can't seem to remember to bring them with me. I have used this to show the dive operators my dive certs.

V-Planner, although I have iDecoPro so I can compare Buhlmann GF profiles to the VPM profiles from V-Planner. I like Dive Log too, and occasionally look at iScubaPlan for NDLs.

Thanks for the heads up on this one.
Now all I need is the iPhone 4 because my 3G takes blurry pics up close.
I love the PDF option.

Thanks DerekS for mentioning Dive Buddy Pro.

I wrote the app and I also use Dive Buddy Pro on my iPhone at dive sites, and then I use the Bump feature to transfer the dive log to my iPad also running Dive Buddy Pro.

It does Nitrox calculations like MOD, best blend etc plus and its RDP does any air and any nitrox blend.

It's primarily an electronic dive logbook written by a MSDT for divers.

You'll find in the marketplace that I'm giving away 20 copies for free to ScubaBoard members.

This is whay I don't like my Blackberry so much. :-(
I want an iPad.

I love my iPad! (posted from my iPad)

now people take their iphone scuba diving??? LOL WTF

Pelican does make a waterproof case for the iPhone but I don't think you can take down with you on the dive.

i hope the day never comes that you can bring a phone underwater and use it. i dive to escape the topside world, i have no desire to bring it down there with me! but some of the iphone apps do look cool so i might check those out. but the phone stays in the truck!
