Fathom wetsuits - do they really run small?

Hi,

I won an ebay auction this morning on a Fathom wetsuit. The description said they run small so I chose the XL. The ebay seller asked for measurements and replied back that it wouldn't fit me and I'd have to find a different suit from somewhere else.
I think he didn't like how little the suit went for and is trying to get out of selling it at such a low price.

So...does anybody out there know about "Fathom wetsuits" and how they fit?

I hate not to believe the guy but he it just seems really fishy
