+1 to the LP Steel 27.

AL19 is 4.3" diameter and 17.4" in length
LP27 is 5.46" diameter and 14.43" in length

The big thing is the LP27 comes in black vice only Yellow for the AL19.
 
If you can find one of the old XS Scuba HP pony tanks you might like it. They tend to be short, heavy, and negative. I have a couple of X5-40 that I find to be useful some of the time, and also an X4-13 (I think) that is useful for shallower dives.
