I myself do not drink more than a sip of any liquor, but a Monkey LaLa is pretty tempting:
1 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
4 oz half-and-half
1 scoop ice cream
2 oz cream of coconut
Blend until smooth and frothy
