Had blast today diving McAbee today with excellent visibility > 20ft and lots of fish and invertebrates. Lot of divers in the water as well and perfect weather conditions. Figured out the new gear and dove with nitrox no issues and did better this time not wasting tons of air on the surface so was able to come back with 700PSI in my tank back to the surface.

Excellent.

I'll be there in less than two weeks and hope that conditions hold.

Haha, that's ironic because farther out on the boat Mcabee Pinnacle had 5ft of viz past 20ft.
It sure was crowded and hot yesterday.

Sounds like fun, and great progress, Ben!

Thanks folks and my dive buddy was very helpful and patient. I am still working the kinks out with my new Aqualung Pro QD BCD which is a pain to put on and disconnect but I am slow getting the hang of the darn thing. Boat diving is much easier than shore diving. But the lower cost of entry of shore diving pays dividends. I heard that Monastery had amazing viz yesterday.
