My left eye started twitching around the time i think my last dive was..The mix was 20/30.. dive was 150 ft for 30 min..w/deco on 36 and 100. Anything to denote the twitching.(ie-bad helium?) Just curious...JD

Actually, I sometimes get the twitch after diving (but within rec limits), and it soon passes. Here is a good reply in another recent thread on this subject.

Charlie99's recommendation to discuss post-dive symptoms with DAN is sound. As he said, you don't have to be a member, but if you're not it would be nice to join.

Eyelid twitching can be caused by some significant neurological problems, but it is most frequently caused by a benign self-limiting conditon called eyelid myokymia. You can read a good (if somewhat technical) summary about it at:
