Hi everyone,

I am Casey Findley I am former skydiver, current kayaker, and a graduate student at Auburn University Montgomery (AUM). I am doing research and writing papers on EXTREME SPORTS. I have a survey going right now online, I need people to represent SCUBA DIVING AND CAVE DIVING. SO, would you guys (& gals) please take my survey? It just takes 5-10 minutes at the most.

Here is the link:

You might have to copy and paste it.

I really appreciate your help.

Its not an extreme sport.

What he said. At least not the way I dive.

Same here ... I dive to relax ...

... Bob (Grateful Diver)

Same here...and I would be scared *****less of most of the activities on your website...I don't ride roller coasters and I am deathly afraid of heights.

I'm a cave diver, and I would never head into a cave with anyone who viewed cave diving as an exteme sport.

What I see may be exciting, but the dive itself should be 100% boring or else I did something really, really wrong.

Roak

it is what you make out of it...

18,000 ft cave dives seems pretty extreme...

not a good sport for adrenalin junkies though...

diving has much too real a chance of death if done poorly to be an extreme sport

Are you a philosopher in real life, or do you just play one on SB?
