2 min. survey about how biodiversity can affect diver's physical/mental wellbeing

Hi everyone. My name is Ben Kistler and I am a student at Indiana University conducting a small survey (approx. 2-3 min. to complete) about how changes in biodiversity can possibly affect the sport we have grown to know and love. Your survey says "on a scale of 0-10" and then gives the user a 100 point scale. Might be worth shoring that up.
