........ to me a bit about this gas blend and it's applications and limits-- Triox

Triox/Trimix

Basicaly Nitrogen is bad Helium is good

Nitrogen does bad things to your body its why your tired after a dive and why when you go deep things get funky. Nitrogen does so many bad things to your body its not funny.

Helium on the other hand gos in and goes out, and faster than nitrogen. It dosent have the same side affects that nitrogen has.

ah.... ok... i am sharing what i know, this doesn't mean i know evertyhing there
is to know about Triox

basically, Triox is hyperoxic Trimix (Trimix with a higher O2 %).

i think it's reccomended by GUE for dives between 100 and 175 feet deep.
you can use regular nitrox or air tanks and your regular regulator.

its appeal is the low narcosis and ease of use. i know GUE offers a Triox
class:

Yea, let me add a little more.............

With trimix you breathing a mixture of oxygen, nitrogen, and helium. The more helium the better. The deeper you go the less oxygen and the more heilum you need.
