I’m curious if anyone here has experience using the Desert Star Dive Tracker. I’m considering buying one, as they seem extremely useful, but I’d love to hear from anyone who’s actually tried it.
I know these devices have some limitations, but the latest model—currently listed for about $600 on their website—looks really promising.
Alternatively, if anyone has suggestions for other tech or gadgets that can help you find your way back to the boat underwater, I’m all ears. I understand that good navigation skills are essential, but in some of the places I dive, it can get tricky.
I’m a fan of tech gear, so any recommendations for reliable underwater boat finders or similar devices would be greatly appreciated!
