Of course this MAJOR purchase does mean I am going to have to put off the purchase of a drysuit for a little while. Atleast I will have someplace to rinse out my gear though.

That is what the second mortgage is for. :D :D :D

Now we get exactly what we want and fr about the same price.
That's cool...but I still don't know where it is.

hmmm...let me think.....I am going to guess Centerville....near miamisburg......

Congratulations and good luck in the Buckeye state. I hope that all goes well. Remember what counts...not the destination but the journey.

My wife and I signed a contract on a new house (our first) last night. That quite possiblity the most exciting yet most terrifying thing I have ever done. THe idea of 30 years of payments is a bit scary. Of course we still have to be approved for the loan (shouldn't be an issue) and it will be 6 or 7 months before the house is complete so the real excitement has yet to set in.

I sure can't wait to get out of our apartment and in to a house with lots of room....for all my scuba gear.

Congrats, A home is a wise investment.

I don't know much about diving (yet) but I am in housing (building) so if you need any advise I am open.

Scott
