Ethical views??? looking for a little insight

Wreck raiding is bad - ego diving for bragging rights.

Diving war or grave sights is all right in my opinion.

Look and don't remove.
 
Here in the lakes, artifacts last long. We found a virgin shipwreck(s) that had everything on it. Bell, capstan, helm, compasses,steam whistle, personal artifacts, and a Lincoln Top Hat! as tempting as it was to take them, we did not. No loss of life was recorded, not a wargrave, just a regular old ship. Restraint is key when it comes to wrecks. I cannot comment on the oceans though. I argue the fact that the ocean destroys more than what it preserves in artifacts, but opinions vary.
