There is a number of different pieces of gear used in cave diving, from line arrows and reels, to a long hoses on one of your regulators and double cylinders.

to take into a cave is a buddy whom you thoroughly trust to help get your butt back to sunlight and air if things crater. There's people I'll do OW dives with, but not that many that I'd cave with.
