We learned those basics in OW class. The shop I use has seminars that are free that teach a little bit more. They teach how to disassemble and clean the dump valves on the BC, how to re-thread a tank strap and a couple of other minor things. Of course they also go over some of the tools and other items they happen to carry but it's a good seminar.
