EPL2 Manual White Balance

I just got an epl2 with the Olympus undrwater housing. I have not used it in the ocean yet. In my house I am not able to manually white balance. I get an error message to try again. The same thing happened in an indoor pool. Has anyone succesfully manually white balanced the epl2 in the ocean? I am leaving for the Maldives tomorrow and want to know if I will have a problem on the trip.

I don't have mine handy to try this, so since you are tight for time, I would say: just shoot RAW and white balance later. Trying to do WB on the fly underwater is going to be frustrating at best, pointless at worst.
