I sold my trusty Olympus FE-360 with housing and upgraded to the EPL-1 with housing. I am a complete rookie with underwater photos but want to improve. I am trying to find a reasonable flash that won't cause me to get a 2nd mortgage on the house. Any suggestions?

Why are the trays so expensive? What else do I need to take great shots during my dives?
