Hymenoptera venom (bees and wasps) is completely unrelated to jelly fish. It's possibly he's seriously even fatally allergic to things other than bees. But the chances of a jelly fish sting triggering cross reactivity with his bee/wasp allergy is about the same as having his wasp allergy cross reacting with peanuts.2. My attempt to discover on-line, the likelihood of jellyfish or similar stings causing an allergic reaction is that they would likely not cause one but of course everyone is different. What have you folks seen, heard or encountered?
Just get a fernco cap for the opening end. They look like this. Consider them modestly submersible, so if it's sloshing around in the bottom of the boat no big deal. I would not rely on it for actual divingI should think that a short segment of 1-1/2" or 2" PVC pipe and two end caps should give you a sturdy container for boat diving. With one end glued shut, the other usually fits firmly enough to be quite water resistant, if not submersible.
