In the old days when Suunto was being distributerd by Aqualung, we called Aqualung repair department and they took care of it right away. I think Suunto is distributing their line on their own and may not have their repair facility set up yet. The turn over was just recently. I have an EON Steel and have played with it out of the water.

@DLEGARE

To reassure you. I have and Eon Steel as does my wife (and 4 other friends here) Mine has 150 dives thus far. The only issue I have had is with the Pods - having taken them back to my LDS and spoken to Tom at Suunto they've changed the batteries and are willing to change the Pods if I have any further issues. Of the others I know about there have been no issues. I find it a stable and nice computer

@Black Manta I posted a review with an update some time ago although I think it's due a further update.

I do have some issues with the computer mainly with the AI interface & multiple gasses. None which affect it's usability but more improvements that I think could be made.
