End of Sep too early for Raja Ampat?

I’m looking at the end of Sep/early Oct for a possible trip to Raja Ampat. Would love to do a live aboard but very few of them are in the area. Looks like Agressor is one of the only ones. Also considering land based at Misool. Since there are so few liveaboards, is it too close to the end of monsoon season to be a worthwhile trip? Anyone dive there during this time of year and have any advice?
