The Birmingham Reef Seekers have a dive to the Empire Mica on Sept 25th and I was wondering what advice any one could give me on it?
I have 100 dives but only a few were ocean and they were shorediving because weather hates me. I just recently got Nitrox certifed and we will be using that on the dives.
There is also a few open spots(1 or 2) becuase someone got an eye infection and can't dive for 2 months.

WE will also be spearfishing too. Also a first for me!
Any advice from anyone??
What can I expect and how do I plan this type of dive?
Should I call the LDS next week or go ahead this week?
We are waiting to found out if we can go becuase of the current hurricane!!
