Embed video into a post?

Hey Admins/Mods...

Is there a way to embed video (from YouTube or Vimeo) into a posting. I tried to do it last night and couldn't find a way. Only think I could do was post a link to the vimeo page.

remove the spaces

[ y t ]xxxxxxxx[ / y t ]

And replace the x's witht he letters that follow the '+' sign in the youtube web address

YouTube - Steve_Drysuit_Hover.AVI turns into [ y t ]SOTVv2BHiZM[ / y t ]

OR




For Vimeo, simply enter (remove spaces) [ vimeo ] 16369165 [ /vimeo ] where the number is taken from the vimeo web address.

[vimeo]16369165[/vimeo]

Another place to look for things like this is here: ScubaBoard - BB Code List . This can always be found along your left menu on your Control Panel....it is called VB CODE LIST in that menu.....
