The following message was from our yahoo group. I'm posting it here for anybody who might be interested:

Brods,

I am assisting Gabby in selling his Anilao, Batangas Beach Resort.

In case you, or somebody you know, might be interested in purchasing it...here are some info:

4,750+ sq. meters (Close to 1/2 Hectare)

Total of 5 buildings
Looking at the property from the beach from right to left:

Building 1:
2 Story
Upper Level- 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths.
Lower Level- 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths.

All buildings are made of Vigan tile flooring, wood and bamboo. Windows are made of Kapis. Unique textured white walls. All 4 rooms have NARRA doors installed for this building. Roof is made of Nipa. All rooms face the ocean front. Spectacular view of the ocean, Maricaban straights and Sombrero Island.

Building 2:
2 Story.
Upper level- 1 bedroom / 1 private bath. The other 2 bedrooms share 1 common bath.
Lower level with 3 Bedrooms with 1 common bath.

Building 3:
one level
Dining Area / open area and Kitchen

Building (cottage) 4:
Individual Cottage with 1 private bath

Building (cottage) 5:
Individual Cottage with 1 private bath

At the middle of the property, is the receiving area with an office. Diving and other sports equipments are stored here.

This property with few neighbors, shares the ONLY ‘Coral Gravel White Sands’ in the entire popular ANILAO coastline.

El Pinoy Property is on a hill side facing the ocean which makes all the existing and future cottages & buildings have a view. Plenty of LAND to build additional cottages and improvements. Many eucalyptus trees.

Property line starts beside the road. Gated and cemented Private parking. Vacant lot on the right side is part of the property which can be used for additional parking.

You will fall in love with this property when you see it! A little TLC goes a long way.

Selling Price: $450,000.

Thank you Brods.

Yup, that's the biggest downside. When I used to dive there (and also at its next door neighbor Dive Solana) there was no diving after lunch - just sleep and rest to prepare for the climb to the parking lot.:D Another option is to park somewhere near the anilao pier and go by boat, but that's not always possible during habagat months.

The location is great though - right in the middle of the Anilao sites. And its true that they share with Solana the only sandy beach in the area.
