Eilat of fun

I had a business trip to Eilat last week and squeezed in three guided dives with Shulamit (Learn diving with Shulamit). Not the cheapest option, to be sure, but she made my stay easy -- picking me up a the airport, rinsing my equipment and keeping it overnight, etc. We went on an interesting night dive in search of nudibranchs. And Joshua Rock and Moses Rock in the coral sanctuary are definitely worth the price of admission!

It was chilly, especially in the breeze during the surface interval. My 5/4/3 mm suit was underpowered for February waters, and I wished I had brought my hooded vest (Shulamit lent me one). But I still had a great time!

I would be surprised otherwise.

Shulamit and Benjamin are "notorious nudibranchers" with an amazing ability to locate an amazing amount of them including some really rare ones.

I think they have major contributions in lots of books about Red Sea nudibranches.

About the chills- You deserve it- That's the punishment for not using SB. Next time you ask here *beforehand* about what wetsuit to bring...
