Looks like a much better alternative for those people interested in "Spare Air". You can buy it all as a package and it looks like it has a nice carry rig.

Anyone have a site for doing those SAC calculations that invaribly come up in the usual spare air/pony threads?

Might fill the need with a normal ascent if your main tank has a "J" valve or you dive with a Scubapro Mk7 "honker".

Well this
(6 cu. ft. for the average diver or a full 13 cu. ft. for the serious explorer),
should give you an idea of the mentality it thought to think this trash up.

Remember though, this set up is sold for hookah diving. In that context, it is probably accurate.

Actually I think as a bail out bottle for a hooka system, it has a lot of very good points.

You need to remember here though that the average hookah rig is intended for diving to depths of a maximum of about 60 ft, with a few higher performance models working to about 100 ft. So the 6/13 cu ft capacities are appropriate for the intended purpose.

The design is also optimized for surface supplied/hookah diving and that does not make it ideal in any sense of the word for Scuba diving.
