Could please define "establish WB" procedure?

That depends on each image for me...

Usually I open an image, then establish the WB, then do exposure, saturation, contrast etc...no particular order, I let the shot dictate what I need to do. Some images need tweaking in the colour section. When I remember I do the sharpness in the converter instead of in CS.

I must admit to being lazy with my images...very few get more than the quickest of "fixes". WB definitely as I shoot RAW and don't mess with that underwater.
