Thanks Alcina. It looks like what Jerry Allen has in one of his Coral Reef Guides as a "Coral Pipefish" There are 3-4 of them on the same fungia and they are always there. It is fun to say "hi" to them every time we visit that site. They are very small and I strive to get a closer look everytime. Their upturned mouths make them look kinda sinister.
