Thanks, Jamdiver! The pier was constructed primarily for pumping fuel and ships come in from Australia and Indonesia to offload to the depot. It is right in town and a great place for a dawn dive before work. We're spoiled here.

You certainly are, I asked because most of the piers i've seen aren't erm exactly the cleanest places around.

I love that crab shots. I've always had a hard time taking their pics, I usually find them buried deep in the anemones.
