Which computer is the easiest to use?
(wrist or console), (low to moderate price)
This will be my forst computer and I'm just not very good with electronics

More features = more complexity. More features = higher priced. A Zoop is pretty simple.

The easiest computer to use is the one you're familiar with.
Go visit your LDS and see what they have to offer.
A few things to consider, are you planning on diving Nitorx, then make sure the computer supports Nitrox. Do you want to downlaod your dive profiles to a computer?
Is the battery customer replaceable?
I prefer a wrist mount to console, but that's a personal choice.
Just remember, the more bells and whistles the higher the $$$

In terms of menu simplicity and buttons - I'd recommend the Apeks Quantum.
