I'm very familiar with Most Conshelfs, but today I got an eBay acquisition Conshelf I've never seen before.
Both stages have the standard USD logo in yellow marked Conshelf 21....not that unusual, as I have seen some SE's and Supremes in yellow and blue....but never a regular 21 that wasn't in white.
The 2nd stage is standard USD in black plastic, faceplate with horizontal ambient passages.
The 1st stage is more unusual(sort of).....it has 3 LP and 1 3/8" HP port like you'd find on a 14....serial number is Q6L3139
I've never seen a 21 that didn't have 4 LP ports and a single 7/16th HP port.
I don't think it is a mix-and-match set......but who knows????
My guess is it is an early "transition" 21......anybody know for sure?
