I know this is long. I'm having Krackling in both ears several days after diving. After CERT I thought I had water in one ear. Went to ENT they said I didn't. They did a hearing check. It was OK. I do not feel any pain(just annoying krackling sometimes when I move jaw or swallow). Heres the twist, I have allergies and am on Zyrtec and oral drops. I also wear a CPaP mask when I sleep. My doctor told to finish out the antibiotic I was on, even though she didn't see signs of infection. She thought that the opening into my sinuses was inflamed. My question is there a medicine that anyone knows of that help clear this so I don't build up psi? Again, no problems equalizing during dive and no pain.

:D Thrilled to be diving

Huh...?

It happens to me some. Never worried about it. Changes in pressure will have an affect, and commercial divers often suffer hearing loss. Don't see a worry if your ENT doesn't, but - stay tuned.
