I had this affliction several times this year, I used the 50% solution of white vinegar/ isopropyl alcohol immediately after the dive, problem solved.

As stated above, would be good advise to have ent check the ears
I can also recommend the 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol and distilled white vinegar. Keeps your ears dry and fungi/bacteria free after every dive.
