I used to be scuba instructor and I account 100 of dives, never had any problem in my ear . after one year of stop diving, now I have glue in my ear which is block my ear most of the time, I try to make normal equalization. and it work, within last couple of days my ear become block most of the time and not able to equalize, I bought a liquid cleaning ear drops. and I thought this will be helpful . but my ear still blocked. I will consulate specialist very soon, any experience from the diving community will be helpful.

The problem will be in your inner ear probably, not your external canal. As you have an eardum, drops in your ear will not work. Most often it's the Eustachian tube, which connects your inner ear to your nasaal cavity that causes the problem. So you have to try and clear that, either by "innocent" NaCl 0.9% nose flushing or using a nasal drop like xylometazoline for a week to try and clear it. Then the blue can leave the inner ear. Btw it might have nothing to do with diving as a common cold can also do this to you.

As already stated, nothing you can put in your outer ear will affect your ability to equalize. If your English is good enough, you might learn quite a bit from watching the video at the bottom of this page: Doc's Diving Medicine Home PageProblems with equalization can be due to anything that causes Eustachian tube dysfunction, whether that's allergies, a viral infection, or something which has affected the anatomy of the pharynx.

its quite fine after I used olive oil, it seems for me a wax problem in my external canal, as I feel and see the wax in my ear. but I didn't visit the specialist yet. hopefully will be Ok, thanks for advices and the video too
