E T Deluxe Harness

I am considering getting the Deluxe Harness For My E T. Does any one know how much weight and bulk the Deluxe Harness adds to the E T compared to the standard harness?

Does any one know if the XS SCUBA 5# Quick Release weight pouches will slide onto the Waist section of the Deluxe Harness?

I have the XS scuba quick release pockets and yes they do and any other two inch webbing.
