E-PL5 white balance. how to swap from autowb to custom wb easy

Ive just bought an E-PL5 and set it up so that the function button sets the custom white balance but how can i swap back and forth between custom and auto? For instance, i like to set custom manual white balance for movies with no lights then quickly switch back to auto white balance for stills and strobe. How can i swap manual custom white balance to auto white balance?

You could customise the 'down' button to access the preset WB options (inc you MWB) ?
