E.Ohio or W.PA diving - Memorial weekend

Hey there.

Looks like I'm headed to Clarion, PA to visit my parents and grandparents for the holiday weekend. Only I really want to dive! Figure I could do both by diving while they're spending time at a tractor show that I soooooo don't want to go to.

Anyone up to joining me? Have plans I can join in on?

I feel so lost. For years I've spent Memorial weekend diving Kingston, ONT. The boat we always charter was sold to a non-diver and transported elsewhere. Now what to do?

I filled up my gas tank there last weekend, LOL.

I'll be in Alpena this weekend. Hopefully the weather clears enough for me to do some diving.

Not exactly Brian. Dutch is another 5 hours East. I'm thinking about it but will probably pass.

Do have fun and safe dives in Alpena, though!

Bummer. I'm still not back to work, but now I don't even know what I'm going back to. See the news about Visteon splitting in two yesterday? Half goes back to Ford, half becomes Visteon Systems. I'm currently with Electronics which is within the Systems portion but will have to interview for a new position when I return. This could get very interesting.

Not part of the process at all as I have 8 years seniority. I have a job, just not a position. I'll just have to accumulate the some time off after having been gone most of the year to date. & if not, I still have "automotive" holidays.

I just have to try and find a boss that understands coming in early on certain days so I can head out early to dive!

Oops! Read that as gas in a SCUBA tank the first time I responded. Now I realize you must have gassed up shortly after we hung up on the cells last Sunday.
