e-learning offline???

I am wondering if any of the e-learning course can be downloaded and done offline, or is it all in browser?

I have read there are videos and test to do but are there sections of reading for example that you can download and complete offline?

Assuming you're talking about PADI, nothing can be downloaded. It all runs in flash player in the browser. Their way of letting you "keep" the textbook is to give you permanent access to it on their site. There's no PDF.
