Couple of great dives today. Vis is great in the top 18' and below 40', 4-8' in between.
Both dives were "road trips" as we covered quite a bit of territory. Dive 1 was 101' for 1:08, dive 2 :95' for 1:03. Vis at depth was 20 -25'.
Dive 1: We strolled along the shoreline (lake is down 8.7 feet) past the parking lot and swam out a bit so that we dropped on the 40' ledge. We swam past the angel statue , through the trench and down to the 100' wall. We followed this around to the cove and then ascended to the N. walland turned south, past the big stump, along the 55' ledge a ways, dropping down to the 65' ledge, crusing the forest, back to the trench, then downward to the 80' wall (ok a little bit of sawtooth diving I know, but a great route). At the end of the 80'wall (really at 72 today due to the low lake) we turned east to the 3 big rocks, then onward to the plane, then west along the bouyancy course, ski boat and rocks. We then ascend to 15' along the rocks and turned South for an extended safety stop swim to the exit.

Dive 2 started with a small hike to the cove. Entering at the cover we swam west and downward along the cove slope to the north wall. We turn south and swam the N. wall, past the big stump, along the 55' ledge a ways, dropping down to the 65' ledge, and then downward to the 100' wall (stayed high) for a short bit, then up throughthe forest, back to the trench, then downward to the 80' wall, and onward to the missle . We turned east to the 3 big rocks, then onward to the plane, and along the 40' ledge to the west for a ways, then up the rocks (nice cat or two) to 15' and east for a long safety stop to shore. Great day of diving.
