Jeff;

Can you take a couple of shots and post them of this mod?

I will forward to our test engineer, this may be very easy to integrate into production.

I'm glad that Lan is enjoying his housing, he got a great deal. The new E330N housings now shipping have 104mm ports and are about another $100 higher list. I have other happy customers using it with all the macros and 14-54 as well, now that the dome zooms.

Other housings for the newer Oly DSLRs are rumored.

Jack

OK here we go with some pics of modification to the 10Bar (Fantasea) E-330 Housing.
First is a photo of the Aperture/Shutter Speed selction button - pic taken from below looking-up into the housing with the ON/OFF Mode control in the foreground.
The control is in the standard position (up).

Next is the same control, after adjustment now is in the locked (down position) Note the position of the screw in relation to the slot.

Lastly is the rotating dial (on the back cover of the housing). This close-up shot shows a piece of electrical wire insulation that has been installed between the roller wheel and the metal washer. NOTE That I have also added a nylon washer between the metal washer and electrical wire insulation, this was to 'fine tune' the distance.
Remember I am located in Bali, so I have to improvise a lot - the next choice was a piece of coconut husk :palmtree:

Thanks for the details and pictures Jeff. I'll be sure to play around with them before my next trip. Took the camera out in Lake Michigan this weekend. Treated it mostly as a point and shoot in UW scene mode, since the water was 36 deg and I was in wet gloves. I pretty much lost dexterity shortly into evey dive ;). Housing and camera did great.
